Throughout my career I’ve had a goal to work on an automotive brand, to help support their mission and growth, no better match than Polestar as they launched Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 into the US market. From day one of the Polestar engagement, I operated in a hybrid leadership role across core agency functions serving as Lead Producer, Account Partner, and Creative Lead.

Owned end-to-end delivery, overseeing creative and strategy, production planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution while maintaining direct client partnership and strategic alignment. Supported National and retailer creative campaigns across all deliverables.

Polestar Portraits

Produced celebrity driven social campaign featuring NBA basketball player Kevin Love. Managed creative concepting, video and photography production, full length post-production edit reviews, produced social cutdowns and web assets.

Broadcast

Starting from Polestar Headquarter Global assets we localized the voiceover script, cast US talent, record new :30 & :15 audio, and edit spots in-house to meet Polestar US market requirements for broadcast and CTV.

For each monthly media push we update end cards to current offer and legal disclaimer details for National Tier 1 broadcast paid media, CTV, and localized Tier 3 assets for each of the 33 Polestar retail dealer space locations.

Social Paid & Organic

Produced motion and still assets for a variety of channels. Delivered monthly Social Organic content curated each month per client alignment. Loaded all content into Sprinklr to push out to Meta Facebook.

CRM Email

Supported Polestar’s CRM emails from US HQ and Retailers via clients Activix system. Providing all content, designed custom module layouts, event series, content per vehicle to support model of interest sequence, and other communication as requested. Provided localized custom HTML assets to some of the 33 retailers reoccurring monthly or as requested.

Standard to custom display banner per campaign for National paid media and localized for all retailers.

Polestar Retail

Implemented organization structure and creative into the Sesimi platform to centralize asset access and customization for Polestar’s retailer network.

Managed updates monthly to content, led communication among Polestar and Sesimi, and quality review rounds through approvals to go live on the platform.
